1. OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") sets forth the policies of Grain Foods Foundation (the "Foundation," "we" or "us") regarding the Foundation's Web site, gowiththegrain.org (the "Site"). Please read our Privacy Policy carefully because, by using the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you when you use our Site.

a. Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically.

When you visit the Site, we monitor your activity on the Site. This information will not be stored in a manner that is personally identifiable with you. Also, in connection with your visit to the Site, we may collect various categories of non-personally identifiable information, including, without limitation, aggregated statistics generated from visitors to our Site ("Users").

We use "cookies" to help you access and navigate the Site more efficiently and to statistically monitor how many people are using the Site. They store information on your computer for a number of reasons, such as helping to determine what areas of the Site you find most valuable. b. Emails You Send to the Foundation.

When you send an email through the "Contact Us" area of the Site or otherwise, the Foundation may retain your email address and the contents of the email you send. This Privacy Policy does not apply to content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to the Foundation by email. If you want to keep any such information private or proprietary, please do not send such information in an email or otherwise dispatch such information to the Foundation.

3. OUR PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

We may retain advertising and/or public relations agencies to perform certain promotional activities on our behalf. Such third party agencies may need to collect personally identifiable information in order to perform their promotional activities, but they will use the personally identifiable information only in connection with performance of their activities, will not use such information for any other purpose and will destroy such information after they have completed their activities.

We may disclose any information we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

Please be aware that we cannot control and are not responsible for the information collection practices of such Web sites, which may differ from those of the Foundation. We maintain a variety of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect the Site from unauthorized access. You should be aware that the Foundation has no control over the security of other sites on the Internet you might visit or interact with, even when a link may appear to said site from ours.

7. OUR SITE IS NOT FOR USE BY CHILDREN

The Site is a general audience site and we do not knowingly market to children under the age of 13. If a child under age 13 submits information about himself or herself to us through any part of our Site, and we become aware that the person submitting the information is a child, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. We require that only persons 18 years of age or older use our Site. By using the Site, you hereby represent that you are at least 18 years old.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make any material change to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes on the Site. We recommend that you check the Site from time to time to inform yourself of any change in this Privacy Policy or any of our other policies.

10. OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT OUR PRIVACY PRACTICES

a. California Residents.

If you are a resident of California, in addition to the rights set forth in this Privacy Policy, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. As stated above, however, we do not collect or share such information.

b. Visiting Our Web sites from Outside the United States.

Our Site is hosted in the United States. Our Site is governed by United States law. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated. The data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using our Site, you consent to your information being transferred to our facilities as described in this Privacy Policy.
